It is only one and a half years ago that De Verspillingsfabriek was founded from an enormous ambition: a large-scale approach to prevent food waste and tackling the waste of talent.
The Prinses Máxima Centre for child oncology is entering a partnership with Hutten for its new centre. We developed a food and hospitality concept that ties in seamlessly with the oncological centre’s vision on Food & Drink. We are obviously very proud of this special collaboration. We want to offer additional value to the recovery of children with cancer through food, and contribute to a stay that is as pleasant as possible. Charles Janssen, Business Unit Manager Care & Cure: “We have to tempt these vulnerable children to eat well and continue to do so. That means that the food has to taste good and look just as delicious.”
