Our chefs know exactly how to work with this trend and have come up with a delicious Swedish trout salad with cumin cheese and crostini.

Swedish trout salad with cumin cheese and crostini

Ingredients (4 people)
Preparation time: 30 minutes

 

Ingredients:
250 grams of smoked trout
8 baby Romaine lettuces (little gem)
200 grams of cumin cheese
1 white onion
12 quail eggs
200 grams of savoy cabbage
15 grams of parsley
70 grams of olive oil
8 crostini

How to make it:

1. Cook the quail eggs
2. Slice the lettuces in quarters, cut the savoy cabbage and the onion in rings and fry all vegetables shortly in a heated pan
3. Cut the cheese into cubes or strips
4. Mix the parsley with the olive oil and a little salt and pepper with a hand mixer
5. Mix all the ingredients together in a large bowl
6. Flake the trout and add to the bowl
7. Gently mix all ingredients and serve on a plate
8. Spread the crostini with a little parsley oil and serve with the salad
